Skeletal remains located in a culvert next to dirt lane. Found near the remains was a Texas hunting license belonging to Ray Randy Wilkinson (possibly Wilkerson), DOB 10/09/1956, brown hair, green eyes of Abilene, TX. There were several attempts made at the time to rule this person out, but no conclusion was ever reached. Personal Effects: 2 yellow runner boots, fragment of a leather belt, 2 rolls of electrical tape, container for small caliber bullets, yellow tape.
