On 7-2-81, the subject was admitted to San Francisco General Hospital with a intracranial lesion. A CT scan revealed a right subdural hematoma and right intracerebral hematoma. He was taken to surgery for an emergency craniotomoy and it was successfully completed. The subjects neurological status did not improve, however, and his condition deteriorated until his demise.
