On 9/9/1981 the decedent was found deceased in a secured apartment, and had not been seen for approximatley 3 weeks per the neighbor. The person who resided at this location was believed to be Abraham Gatesman DOB unknown but was beieved to be 72 years old at the time of his death. Unable to positivley identify the decedent as Abraham Gatesman.
