Found lying in a ditch on the east side of CR 48. Hispanic male. Black moustache; brown spot on left side of leg near knee. Mole on nose; mole on left cheek. Wearing blue and white plaid short-sleeved Western shirt with snaps; black dress belt; gray slacks. White "Jockey" shorts, black socks, black loafers. Wearing gold-colored wrist watch.
