The subject was spotted by Pleasure Craft Tide Water floating in water of the Pacific Ocean near Muir Beach. The coast guard was informed and they retrieved the subject, bringing it to Ft. Point Coast Guard Station in San Francisco. Date Found: 1985-10-19
