Decedent was a passenger in an MVA. The other passengers stated his name is tentatively Arturo Morales, a possible Mexican national, residing in Grapevine, TX. Money in his possession was Mexican pesos. The driver of the vehicle picked up the decedent at a friends house to go fishing. He did not know him well.
