Joel Colmenero-Garcia, a 23-year-old man, went missing from Carrollton, Texas, on January 1, 1982. At the time of his disappearance, Joel was described as a Hispanic male, standing between 5'5" and 5'6", and weighing approximately 130 to 170 pounds. He had sandy-colored hair and hazel eyes.
