Joel Colmenero-Garcia, a 23-year-old man, went missing from Carrollton, Texas, on January 1, 1982. At the time of his disappearance, Joel was described as a Hispanic male, standing between 5'5" and 5'6", and weighing approximately 130 to 170 pounds. He had sandy-colored hair and hazel eyes. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, and despite efforts by law enforcement and the community, little information has surfaced over the years to provide answers about his fate.
