Subject was found in the Baltimore Harbor. It is possible he may have come from a Spanish-speaking country due to the personal property found with him. Although race is noted as "unsure," he may be of Hispanic ancestry. This man, because he placed his wrist watch in a plastic bag in his pants pocket, may have entered the water purposely (swam for recreation, jumped off of a ship that he may have worked on or stowed away on).
Date Found: 1989-07-13
