This man was found lying under some chicken wire at a fence line bordering the railroad tracks. There was a brush fire there about two months prior to this man being found, and no one discovered this body. This is an area frequented by transients and the body was discovered by another transient. Autopsy could not determine if his injuries (burning) was acquired before or after his death.
