Victim discovered 10/07/91 at the bottom of an embankment along Interstate 70, East Providence Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, near the village of Breezewood. Though the remains were completely skeletonized, some artifacts (clothing, glasses, belt, shoes, wristwatch, coins, small flashlight and some hairs from the clothing) were recovered as well. Case entered into ViCAP. Please contact Pennsylvania State Police for all follow-up inquiries.
