The decedent was recovered by Niagara Falls Fire Department and New York State Parks Police members from near the shoreline of the Lower Niagara River on 5/11/2024. He was found floating face down in the river. Upon recovery, the body was noted to be an adult male who was unclothed and visually unidentifiable.
