The decedent was with another male, and they attempting to jump onto a train, when he fell, strinking his head and lower extremities. EMS was called, with the only name known was 'Jorge" by the other male who was uninjured. He was transported to a local hospital and stabilized, then airlifted to UNMH in Albuquerue, where he died. He did not have any identification on him, with no tattoos. Fingerprints were submitted to the FBI with negative hit.
