Remains discovered in a wooded area approximately 125 ft south of the roadway at the above location, by a road survey crew. Remains found clad in bluejeans and black boots. On 6/11/98, approximately one month prior to discovery of the remains, an unknown individual wearing the same clothes and matching the description of the deceased (black male) was observed walking along I-10, acting ill and disoriented.
