Highway maintenance workers discovered body lying beneath a Palo Verde tree at Mile Post 18 along the west travel lanes of Interstate 40. He was wearing a gray "Banana Republic" sweatshirt, tan jeans with no namebrand or size, but a button with 5 stars, a rope belt, two black and white highly worn "Voit" ankle high tennis shoes, size 12 and two white socks.
