On November 18, 2020, the female body of Brenda Lee Spruell was discovered in Memphis, Tennessee. The circumstances surrounding her death were examined by the Shelby County Medical Examiner after it was determined to be a natural, inpatient death. Positive identification was achieved through fingerprint comparison, confirming her identity.
