In the early part of January 2021, an unclaimed individual identified as Fredrick E. Tow was discovered under disturbing circumstances in Lakeside, California. Found unresponsive at his residence on January 10, 2021, Fredrick was quickly transported to Sharp Grossmont Hospital for medical intervention. Despite efforts to revive him, his condition did not improve, and he was pronounced deceased on the evening of the following day, January 11, 2021.
