On February 17, 2015, the body of Herman Edward Mayo, an elderly male, was found in Portland, Oregon. The Multnomah County Medical Examiner's Office took charge of the case, assigned with Namus ID: UCP1104 and agency case number 15-0316. It was determined that Mayo had died of natural causes.
