Ashok Thakur, a 70-year-old man, was found deceased on January 30, 2025, in his locked and secured apartment in Portland, Oregon. His body was discovered after the apartment manager contacted law enforcement to conduct a welfare check, concerned about his absence. Reports indicate that Mr. Thakur had last been known to be alive approximately one month before he was found. Authorities determined that his death was due to natural causes.
