On April 23, 2021, the body of a 56-year-old Caucasian female, identified as Joann Green, was found in the streets of San Diego, California. The circumstances of how she ended up there remain unclear. After being discovered, she was promptly transported to the Sharp Grossmont Hospital Emergency Department.
