On June 4, 2021, the body of William Allen Swihart was discovered in a residence in Cadillac, Michigan, during a well-being check. Swihart, an unclaimed person, was found posthumously in his home after his landlord became concerned due to lack of recent contact. It is unknown how long Swihart had been deceased before the medical examination was conducted.
