On July 7, 2021, the remains of a male individual, later identified as Mark Anthony Neel, were discovered in Houston, Texas. The circumstances surrounding the discovery remain unclear, but the decedent was swiftly transported to St. Joseph Medical Center. Unfortunately, despite medical efforts, Neel passed away at the facility.
