On November 5, 2021, the body of Reginald Arthur Rias was discovered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Although efforts were made by authorities to identify and locate his next of kin, these attempts were ultimately unsuccessful. The identification process only resulted in Mr. Rias’s name being added to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) with the ID UCP87180.
