On September 29, 2014, a tragic incident occurred on Interstate 215 near the Rialto Avenue undercrossing in Loma Linda, California. A male pedestrian, identified as Manuel Ramirez-Ramirez, was attempting to cross the freeway eastbound when he was struck by a passing pickup truck.
