In the streets of Honolulu, Hawaii, a man identified as Son-Trung Le was found unresponsive on November 28, 2018. Le's lifeless body was discovered lying on the sidewalk in front of a local business, highlighting the often harsh realities faced by individuals presumed to be without a permanent home.
