Noel Espinoza, 18, was tragically shot and killed on September 4, 2008, in the Mission District of San Francisco. He was standing with his friend, 23-year-old Matthew Solomon, near 24th and Utah Streets when both were gunned down. Their deaths were part of a surge in violence that rocked the neighborhood during that time.
