In the course of 2019, a somber discovery was made in Clinton, Tennessee, when the body of a male, identified as Harold Ray Winkler, was found on October 16th. This case, cataloged under the Namus ID UCP64814, has since highlighted the often overlooked issue of unclaimed persons. Despite efforts to locate and notify next of kin, no family or friends were present or willing to make funeral arrangements for Mr. Winkler, leaving his final rites unattended by those who may have known him in life.
