On February 1, 2020, the body of a male, identified as Michael Joe Taylor, was discovered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Despite efforts to locate and inform the family, financial constraints prevented them from arranging a funeral for Mr. Taylor. As a consequence, a county-funded cremation was necessitated to handle the remains, a common circumstance in the absence of immediate familial interventions or resources.
