On May 27, 2020, the body of a male identified as Steve Lee Robinette was discovered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Despite efforts to locate and inform his next of kin, they did not make any funeral arrangements on his behalf. Consequently, the unclaimed body was subjected to a county cremation.
