On August 2, 2020, the body of an unidentified male, later determined to be Pius Alexander MacDonald, was discovered in La Jolla, California, at the bottom of a cliff on the beach. This tragic incident is being handled as an unclaimed person case by the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office. Pius Alexander MacDonald was found unresponsive, and despite efforts to identify and contact next of kin, he remains unclaimed.
