Eddie Lee Bretches, a 61-year-old White male, was found deceased on the morning of September 15, 2020, in Oceanside, California. Known to lead a transient lifestyle, Bretches was discovered by a friend at his usual place of rest. Upon finding him unresponsive, the friend promptly dialed 911, prompting the arrival of the Oceanside Police Department (OPD). Sadly, soon after their arrival, authorities confirmed his death.
