In Chula Vista, California, the body of a 52-year-old Caucasian male named Daniel Jess Wuthrich was discovered at the Palomar Street Trolley Station. Known to be living a transient lifestyle in the area, Wuthrich was last seen alive when an employee of the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) provided him with a face mask at approximately 2:48 PM on November 29, 2020.
