On November 20, 2015, the body of Roberto Salinas was discovered in Las Vegas, Nevada, marking the beginning of a perplexing and poignant unclaimed person case. Salinas was the victim of an auto versus pedestrian accident and was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital.
