On June 22, 1994, the body of Mandolino Cerretes, an unclaimed person, was discovered in Joliet, Illinois. Cerretes was a homeless individual residing on the far east side of Joliet at the time of his death. Tragically, he was struck by a train, leading to the circumstances surrounding his death. Prior to moving to Joliet, Cerretes had lived in Livingston County, Illinois, in 1988.
