On August 22, 2004, the body of an unclaimed male, Jack Donald Lowry, was discovered near a known transient camp in Tucson, Arizona. The site of the discovery suggests that the area may have been frequented by individuals experiencing homelessness or similar circumstances, adding complexities to the identification and claiming of the decedent.
