On January 11, 2018, the body of a 48-year-old Hispanic male named Miguel Rodriguez was discovered at the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency’s Public Health Center in Chula Vista, California. Rodriguez, who led a transient lifestyle, was found unresponsive in the bathroom of the facility. The staff immediately called 9-1-1, and they began performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in an effort to save his life.
