On November 15, 2018, the body of John Arthur Herbert, an 82-year-old male, was discovered at the Cottesmore of Life Nursing Facility in Gig Harbor, Washington. Mr. Herbert passed away due to natural causes, leaving behind a case marked by the absence of any known family members or next of kin.
