In Tacoma, Washington, on March 6, 2019, the discovery of Tina Ann Kysor marked a poignant moment as authorities encountered the case of an unclaimed individual. Tina, a 57-year-old woman, was found unresponsive by her friends, who immediately called 911. Responding to the call were the Tacoma Fire and Tacoma Police departments.
