On July 25, 2019, the body of a male, later identified as David Kesting, was discovered in his residence in downtown San Diego, California. Despite the efforts of the authorities, Kesting's case remains unresolved, as he remains an unclaimed person years after his death. It is a poignant reminder of the fleeting and often unnoticed lives of individuals who pass away with no one to claim or mourn them.
