On September 11, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Memphis, Tennessee, involving a 61-year-old Hispanic male identified as Manuel Antonio Hinojosa. While engaged in his work duties at a business located in south Memphis, Hinojosa suffered a fatal accident, falling from the roof.
