On September 28, 2019, the lifeless body of Carmelo Patino, an unclaimed individual, was discovered beneath a bridge in Humble, Texas. The grim discovery was made by an unidentified bystander who promptly alerted emergency medical services. Patino was then transported to HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, where he was officially pronounced dead.
