In early October 2019, a tragic incident unfolded on Langford Parkway in East Point, Georgia, when a 56-year-old pedestrian, later identified as Gloria Thomas, was fatally struck by multiple vehicles. On October 4th, Gloria Thomas, believed to be homeless, was navigating the eastbound side of Highway 166 when the accident occurred near Delowe Drive. The unfortunate event led to her immediate death, classifying it as an accident by the authorities.
