On November 19, 2019, Diane Marie Collett, a resident of San Diego, California, made an emergency call to 911 due to experiencing respiratory distress. Responding paramedics arrived promptly at her apartment to find Diane unresponsive. Immediate measures were taken as the paramedics initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in a desperate attempt to revive her.
