In the summer of 2017, a case unfolded on the streets of Jamaica, New York, that continues to puzzle authorities. An unidentified Hispanic male was found unresponsive on June 15th and was swiftly transported to Elmhurst Hospital, his fate sealed by the time he arrived. Initially recorded under the name "Manuel Garcis" by the hospital staff, the man's true identity remained a mystery.
