On March 13, 2018, the body of Samnieng Perez, a 69-year-old woman, was discovered in Tacoma, Washington. Ms. Perez passed away from natural causes at the Avamere Heritage Rehab. Unfortunately, at the time of her death, there was no immediate family known to the authorities. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office (PCMEO), tasked with handling such cases, undertook the responsibility of searching for the next of kin.
