Frances Mae Dickerson, a 74-year-old woman, passed away due to natural causes on March 22, 2018, at Orchard Park Rehab in Tacoma, Washington. Despite extensive efforts by the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office (PCMEO), her next of kin remained unidentified at the time of her passing.
