In August 2009, the body of an unidentified male, later referred to as John Thomas Philbin, was discovered in Anaheim, California. The case has since remained open under the Namus ID: UCP3856. The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner’s office took on the responsibility of investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
