On October 11, 2016, the body of Patrick O'Neil, an unclaimed person, was discovered in Naugatuck, Connecticut. Standing at 6'3" and weighing 225 pounds, O’Neil's case was handled by the Connecticut Office of Chief Medical Examiner. Despite efforts, the authorities were unable to locate any next of kin to claim his body and ensure proper final arrangements.
