On April 2, 1994, the body of Joseph Ashley Carnes was discovered in Louisiana under tragic circumstances. Found in a wooded rural area near Interstate 10, close to exit 209 in St. John Parish, the case remains that of an unclaimed person. Despite investigations and attempts at identification, Mr. Carnes has yet to find connection with any family or known individuals.
