On January 10, 2017, the body of Javier Vera Gomez was discovered in Springfield, Massachusetts. The 35-year-old male was found unresponsive on the floor of his room, lying face down. His roommate attempted to provide aid by rolling him over to start CPR, but emergency services, upon arrival, observed definitive signs of death.
