In the early months of 2017, an unclaimed female body was discovered on the rooftop deck of an apartment building in Boston, Massachusetts. Identified through Namus ID: UCP3224 as Patricia Petrillo, this case has since been handled by the Massachusetts Office of Chief Medical Examiner. Despite various efforts, Patricia remains unclaimed, and her case continues to be a poignant mystery.
